This role of Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing a team of Quantity Surveyor’s and all commercial aspects of each development. This includes managing the costs for each site and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations.
The Quantity Surveyor reports to the Commercial Director.

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our successful team Based out of our 3 warehouses based in Rochdale
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Shift times : 06:00 – 15:00, 08:00 – 17:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
- No bank holiday working required

As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage the day to day operations within a warehouse environment, Staff planning to drive fulfilment rates and provide training and coaching to ensure service level targets are consistently achieved
You will work closely with the business manager to drive workloads & priorities within tight time scales and take full ownership of implementing operational strategy in line with business objectives
We are currently looking to expand our team on various sites across the northwest. They are looking for bricklayers for long term residential projects. Tasks to include internal and external brickwork and blockwork. All candidates must have own transport, CSCS card and full PPE.
